The Company was founded in October 1992 in Beijing and reorganized into a joint-stock company in April 1996. The Company launched its IPO and went public in September 2003 as Chinas fifth listed company. As at the end of 2020, the Company had set up 44 tier-1 branches, 79 tier-2 branches and 1,022 outlets with 39, 300 employees in 122 Chinese cities at prefecture level and above, forming a nationwide service network based on presence in economically developed cities.
