广州市城投投资有限公司是根据市委、市政府加快建立广州区域金融中心的战略部署，为促进市城投集团转型升级，于2013年9月30日由市城投集团联合广州基金组建的国有合资公司。公司注册资本金为30亿元，主要业务是资产管理、投资管理，包括中短期投资和长期股权投资项目等，用以盘活市城投集团闲置资源，实现国有资产保值增值和利润最大化，为广州城市建设积累更多的资金。

Guangzhou Chengtou Investment Co., Ltd (GZCI) is a State-owned joint venture found by Guangzhou City Construction Group and Guangzhou Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd in September 2013. The purpose of setting up GZCI is by according to the strategy of Guangzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC and Guangzhou city government quickly building up Guangzhou financial centre and help Guangzhou City Construction Group transforming and upgrading. The register capital of GZCI is 3000 million yuan. The main business of GZCI are capital management, investment management, short-term investment, Long-term equity investment and so on. The mission of GZCI is to utilise the idle capital of Guangzhou City Construction Group, maximise profit and increase the value of state-owned assets in order to accumulate more funds for constructing Guangzhou city.
