广州市融资再担保有限公司（简称“公司”）是经广东省金融办与广州市政府批准，广州市工业和信息化局主导，广州金融控股集团有限公司（简称“广州金控”）发起设立的国有融资再担保机构。公司成立于2016年12月，计划注册资本金15亿元，首期到位资本金5亿元。2017年，公司完成第一次增资扩股，注册资本金增加至8亿元。2019年，公司完成第二次增资扩股，注册资本金增加至10亿元。公司是中国融资担保业协会副会长单位、广东省融资担保业协会副会长单位、广州市融资担保行业协会会长单位。

(hereinafter referred to as ""Guangzhou financial holding"").The company is the vice president unit of China financing guarantee industry association, the vice president unit of Guangdong Provincial Financing Guarantee Industry Association, and the president unit of Guangzhou Financing Guarantee Industry Association.
