广东省广交资源集团有限公司是广东省交易控股集团有限公司的全资二级子集团，于2018年9月更名改组成立，注册资本金1.5亿元。广东省广交资源集团有限公司将承接广东省交易控股集团有限公司的要素与商品交易业板块的职能，下辖广东省药品交易中心、广东省珠宝玉石交易中心、广州钻石交易中心和广东省环境权益交易所四家子平台；同时，广东省广交资源集团有限公司本身拟创新与拓展大宗商品、农业资源、林业资源、航材资源、旅游资源等新交易品种与业务，以及统筹搭建与运营集团化的电子商务平台和金融服务平台。

Guangdong Exchange Resources Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned sub-group of Guangdong Exchange Holding Group Co., Ltd. It was renamed and reorganized in September 2018 with a registered capital of 150 million yuan. Guangdong Exchange Resources Group Co., Ltd., consist of 4 subordinate companies of Guangdong Medicine Exchange, Guangdong Gems and Jade Exchange, Guangzhou Diamond Exchange and Guangdong Environment Exchange, will undertake the business of elements and commodity trading of Guangdong Exchange Holding Group Co., Ltd. At the same time, Guangdong Exchange Resources Group Co., Ltd. intends to innovate and expand trading business of commodities, agricultural resources, forestry resources, aviation materials resources, tourism resources, etc., as well as co-ordinates the establishment and operation of e-commerce platform and financial service platform within the group.
