广东省融资再担保有限公司（简称“广东再担保”）成立于2009年2月，注册资本人民币60.6亿元，是全国首家获得AAA主体信用等级的省级再担保机构，是广东省首家获得融资性担保业务经营许可证的融资担保机构、中国融资担保业协会副会长单位、再担保专业委员会主任委员单位和广东省融资担保业协会会长单位。截至2018年末，广东再担保累计担保发生额2594.5亿元，服务中小微企业、“三农”超过3万户次。目前广东再担保正采取控股、新建、强管控模式全力推进全省政策性融资担保体系建设，打造覆盖区域广、客户资源多的线下实体网络，10家参控股地市政策性担保公司已全面运营，服务小微企业和实体经济发展的能力不断提升。

Guangdong Financing Re-guarantee Co., Ltd. (referred to as Utrustfrg) was founded in February 2009 with registered capital of RMB 6.06 billion. It is the first provincial-level re-guarantee institution with a AAA corporate credit rating in China, and is also the first financing guarantee institute in Guangdong with a financing guarantee license, vice-chairman unit of China Financing Guarantee Association, and committee chairman unit of Re-guarantee Profession Committee, as well as the president unit of Guangdong Financing Guarantee Association.By the end of 2018, Utrustfrg had re-guaranteed over RMB 259.45 billion and had served medium-, small-, and micro-sized rural industry enterprises on more than 30 thousand occasions.Currently, Utrustfrg is adopting a holdings, construction, and centralized management and control model to fully drive the establishment of a provincial policy-type financing guarantee system and to create an offline entity network with wide coverage and rich customer resources. Meanwhile, 10 regional share-holding policy-type guarantee companies are fully operating, improving the competency to serve small- and micro-sized enterprises and the development of the real economy.
