广东股权交易中心（简称“广东股交”）是根据《国务院办公厅关于规范发展区域性股权市场的通知》（国办发〔2017〕11号）、《区域性股权市场监督管理试行办法》（证监会令第132号）有关要求，在原广东金融高新区股权交易中心、原广州股权交易中心基础上新组建的广东省（深圳市除外）唯一合法的区域性股权市场运营机构，为广东省重要的地方金融基础设施平台、广东省重要的中小微企业综合金融服务平台、广东省（除深圳外）唯一的私募证券交易场所。

Guangdong Stock Exchange Center (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Stock Exchange") is based on the relevant requirements of "Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Regulating the Development of Regional Stock Exchange Market" (No. 11 issued by the State Office) and "Trial Measures for Supervision and Management of Regional Stock Exchange Market" (Order 132 of the Securities Regulatory Commission). It is new on the basis of the former Stock Exchange Center of Guangdong Financial High-tech Zone and the former Guangzhou Stock Exchange Center. The only legitimate regional equity market operating institution in Guangdong Province (except Shenzhen) has been established. It is the important local financial infrastructure platform of Guangdong Province, the important integrated financial service platform of small and medium-sized enterprises of Guangdong Province and the only private equity trading place of Guangdong Province (except Shenzhen).
