广东省环境权益交易所有限公司（下称“环交所”）成立于2010年6月23日，是经广东省人民政府批准、由广东省广交资源集团全资设立、集各类环境权益交易服务为一体的专业化市场平台。 环交所目前已形成排污权交易、水权交易、碳市场服务、固体废物交易、城市矿产交易、绿色供应链与绿色融资等为一体的综合发展模式，综合型环境资源要素配置与服务平台初具雏形。未来，环交所将全面建设完成以资源创新为驱动的“互联网+环境资源要素配置+环保产业服务”的综合性交易与服务平台，辐射粤港澳、面向海内外的环境要素价值创造和价格发现载体。
