广州商品交易所有限公司（简称广商所）是广州交易所集团投资经营、通过国务院部际联席会议审查验收、依法从事全品类大宗商品现货交易及服务的第三方交易公共服务平台，于2010年6月注册成立，是广东省内一家综合类、国有控股现货交易所。 广商所的成立，是按照国家建设多层次大宗商品市场的总体要求，实现区域间要素流动互联互通、产业融合的需要；立足华南大消费地、辐射全国全产业链、打通跨境要素流转通道、打造粤港澳大湾区城市群协同发展的样板工程。

The Guangzhou Commodity Exchange(GCE) is a third-party trading public service platform deals in all categories of commodities, that accepted by Inter-ministerial Joint Meeting of the State Council， invested by Guangzhou Exchange Group. It is a state-holding comprehensive spot exchange，that established in Guangdong in June 2010. The establishment of GCE is in accordance with the overall requirements of the country in building a multi-level commodity market, that meets the need for inter-regional elemental interconnection, intercommunication and industrial integration; based on the large consumption areas in southern China, radiating the entire national industrial chain, opening up cross-border element circulation channels and to create a model project for the coordinated development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
